2. Recognition Sale (Exclusive for Sui Ecosystem Participants)
- Eligibility: Users must be pre-approved by Sui Foundation.
- Token Pool: 25,000,000 SUI
- Purchase Limit: 1,500 SUI per user at $0.03 per token.
- Unlock Schedule: Tokens unlock fully at mainnet launch. Approved users can later use OKB to buy SUI during the OKX Jumpstart event.
Participation Mechanics
Lottery System
- Subscription Period: April 23, 2023 (02:00 UTC) – April 24, 2023 (02:00 UTC).
Ticket Allocation:
- Based on the 3-day average OKB balance (April 20–22).
- 1 OKB = 4 tickets (rounded to nearest integer).
- Winning tickets allow purchase of 100 SUI each; unused OKB refunded.
- Winning Calculation: Random selection post-subscription. Results and refunds processed same day.
- Winning Cap: 100 tickets (10,000 SUI) per user max.
Token Distribution
- Vesting: 12-month linear unlock (1/13 monthly starting day 1).

- Maintain OKB in Funding, Trading, or Earn accounts for daily snapshots.
- Example: 5.7 OKB average = 20 tickets (5 × 4).
Subscribe to Lottery:
