How to Withdraw SGD via Bank Transfer

You can withdraw SGD from your OKX account to your bank account. Currently, local SGD bank transfers are only available to customers in Singapore.

How to Withdraw Funds

Via Web

  1. Log in to your account at 👉 OKX, navigate to Assets, and select Withdraw.
  2. Choose Singapore dollar (SGD) as your withdrawal currency.
  3. Select your linked bank account, enter the withdrawal amount, and review the transaction details.
  4. Enter your authentication code (SMS/2FA) and confirm the withdrawal.

Via Mobile App

  1. Open the OKX app, go to Assets > Withdraw > SGD Withdrawal.
  2. Only verified bank accounts can be selected. Unverified accounts (displayed in light gray) require a successful deposit first.
  3. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 SGD. Confirm the details and tap Withdraw.
  4. Authenticate via SMS/2FA to complete the transaction.

How to Verify Receiving Account Ownership (First-Time Withdrawal)

To comply with local regulations, proof of account ownership is required. Verify ownership by:

  1. Making a deposit to OKX from the same bank account.
  2. The system automatically validates ownership after the deposit processes.
