You can withdraw SGD from your OKX account to your bank account. Currently, local SGD bank transfers are only available to customers in Singapore.
How to Withdraw Funds
Via Web
- Log in to your account at 👉 OKX, navigate to Assets, and select Withdraw.
- Choose Singapore dollar (SGD) as your withdrawal currency.
- Select your linked bank account, enter the withdrawal amount, and review the transaction details.
- Enter your authentication code (SMS/2FA) and confirm the withdrawal.
Via Mobile App
- Open the OKX app, go to Assets > Withdraw > SGD Withdrawal.
- Only verified bank accounts can be selected. Unverified accounts (displayed in light gray) require a successful deposit first.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 SGD. Confirm the details and tap Withdraw.
- Authenticate via SMS/2FA to complete the transaction.
Notes:
- Only bank accounts used for successful deposits are eligible for withdrawals.
- For PayLah! or Singtel Dash deposits, ensure withdrawals are sent to the latest linked mobile number (outdated numbers may redirect funds incorrectly).
- GrabPay, Wise, and LifeSG wallets are not supported for withdrawals.
- FAST transfers are instant for Singaporean banks.
How to Verify Receiving Account Ownership (First-Time Withdrawal)
To comply with local regulations, proof of account ownership is required. Verify ownership by:
- Making a deposit to OKX from the same bank account.
- The system automatically validates ownership after the deposit processes.
