How to File a Dispute Complaint

Via Mobile App

  1. Navigate to the canceled order page and select Need Help?
  2. Choose your issue from the Get Help page.
  3. Select File a Dispute Complaint and follow on-screen instructions.

Via Web Version

  1. Locate the canceled order and click Need Help?
  2. Select the relevant issue in the pop-up window and click Get Help.
  3. Choose File a Dispute Complaint and complete the prompts.
