How to File a Dispute Complaint
Via Mobile App
- Navigate to the canceled order page and select Need Help?
- Choose your issue from the Get Help page.
- Select File a Dispute Complaint and follow on-screen instructions.
Via Web Version
- Locate the canceled order and click Need Help?
- Select the relevant issue in the pop-up window and click Get Help.
- Choose File a Dispute Complaint and complete the prompts.

Paid but Seller Didn’t Release Crypto?
